Terms of sale

1. Products and prices

All prices are in United States dollars (USD) per sales unit (kilogram, box, piece, etc.). Each item has a minimum order and is sold in multiples of its pack size. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on quantity. Agricultural products ship from the current harvest and crafts are handmade pieces, so they may vary slightly in color, size and design.

2. Payments

Payments are processed exclusively with UnionPay cards through a certified payment gateway. Card details are entered directly on the secure UnionPay page; PSP International Payments, Inc. never receives or stores card numbers.

3. Shipping

Goods are shipped from Panama City to major cities in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. International freight is calculated from the distance between Panama and the destination city and the order weight, and is shown before payment. The delivery date is an estimate and may vary due to customs procedures.

4. Taxes

Export sales are exempt from ITBMS under Panamanian law. Destination duties, import taxes and sanitary registrations (for example, those of the General Administration of Customs of China for food products), if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Invoicing

Every approved purchase generates a sequentially numbered invoice with the shipment tracking number, available to print or download as a PDF.

6. Returns

Claims for damaged or missing goods must be reported to sales@istmoreserve.com within 7 days of delivery.
